Lots of decision delays here, however the timespan looks right. After the bottom (a) there are just 4 x Waves, a delay just waiting for the economy and or disasters to pick up speed. The (a) doesnt have to be the bottom crude may even put on an abc here, if not odds are good for a pricehike. The last X -wave looks like a volcano.
